  • Do you accept my insurance?
Due to sky-high deductibles and steadily declining benefits for our patients, Zenith Upper Cervical Chiropractic has chosen to operate as a non-insurance clinic. Being a direct-pay chiropractic clinic allows us to offer high-quality, customized care at an affordable price and avoid the hassles of insurance billing, copays, deductibles, and declined reimbursements.
  • How do I know if upper cervical chiropractic is right for me?
That’s what we’re here for. While we believe the care we provide is a great option most of the time, we’re also happy to give you other options and referrals if we determine that’s a better option. We invite you to schedule your first appointment so we can learn more about your needs.
  • How is upper cervical different from conventional chiropractic?
Conventional chiropractic uses generalized adjustments to mobilize stiff areas of the spine for relief of aches and pains. Upper cervical chiropractic is focused on working with conditions related to Upper Cervical Dysfunction. Upper Cervical Dysfunction occurs when injuries, stresses, and lifestyle behaviors weaken the structural integrity of the upper spine, leading to: Chronic tension Faulty movement Joint, muscle, and ligament strain Nerve sensitivity or dysfunction These issues in the body can lead to symptoms such as: Headaches/migraines Vertigo/dizziness Neuralgia (nerve pain conditions) Numbness/Tingling Neck, upper back, and shoulder pain Patient success with upper cervical chiropractic hinges on a thorough evaluation and targeted treatment approach. To see if you’re a candidate for upper cervical chiropractic, schedule a Complimentary Phone Consultation with Dr. John Stenberg.
  • How long does treatment take?
Each situation is unique, and your consultation and exam will help direct the specific care path appropriate for your situation. However, new patients are typically seen for 8-12 weeks initially, with follow up care as needed. The complexity of the situation, patient’s age, injury history, and other factors influence how care is programmed, so treatment plans vary accordingly.
  • How much can I spend on treatment?
A complimentary phone consultation is the first step in establishing care, and there is no charge for that service. Evaluation, imaging, and initial adjustment ranges from $135-$320 depending on what is required. An initial treatment plan ranges from $800-1200 in many circumstances, but each situation is handled on an individual basis.

What To Expect?

1. Before Your Evaluation:

The first step is to schedule a Complimentary Consultation with the Doctor. This simple conversation will give you the opportunity to explain your needs and goals, learn about our solution, and determine if Zenith Upper Cervical Chiropractic is the right place for you.

We will also discuss common questions and concerns relating to chiropractic care.

2. The Evaluation Process:

We use objective testing to determine the best course of care for our patients. The comprehensive evaluation process includes 3D Structural Imaging, Digital Structural Analysis, Dynamic Goniometry, and Neurological Baseline testing - evidence of your problem that you can see for yourself.

3. The Blueprint:

Following the completion of your evaluation, a follow-up visit is scheduled to review your test results and treatment plan recommendations. Your plan is individualized based on your test results, goals, and circumstances.

4. Measure Progress:

Your initial treatment plan will involve strategies for inside of the office as well as outside of the office. As we progress through your care we will work together to make sure that you are progressing toward our goals.

Upon completion of your initial treatment plan, we will then re-test to measure the progress that’s been achieved. At this time we will discuss long-term strategies and any additional care that may be required to meet your needs.
